How many patients does an orthodontist see in a day?

Some orthodontists see more than 90 or 100. I would say that at the busiest time it will approach 80, but 65 is a good number that allows us to see everyone on time, offer excellent service and still do everything we need to do. An adjustment is when the orthodontic patient comes to change the wire, reinforce elastic wear, etc. As an orthodontist, you get used to caring for more patients and you have orthodontic assistants who help you a lot.

Thanks to all the amazing patients who allowed me to film so that everyone could see the life of an orthodontist in Allen, TX.
